Please note that each piece is handmade to order in our atelier, and once returned, we are unable to resell it. We encourage you to carefully review all details and measurements before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at info@etiennemfg.com.

For returns, the product must be in its original condition. Étienne will reimburse the product cost upon inspection of the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees, which may be recoverable by contacting your local customs office.
